Excursions

Home

Try one of Utah’s most popular summer activities!

Try one of Utah’s most popular summer activities – Fly-fishing! A professional fly-fishing guide will outfit groups of three with all the necessary equipment for a fun full or half-day wade fishing trip. Wade fishing takes you directly into a stream, river, lake or pond to cast your fly, outfitted in waders and boots provided by your guide. Many of the local rivers and creeks have trophy-class, Blue Ribbon designations and all fishing is catch and release.

Guided fly fishing includes drinks and snacks, terminal tackle and flies, rods, wading boots, and waders for the day. You’ll want to bring a sun hat, sunglasses, moisture wicking socks, sunscreen, and a layering option.

Mines and History Tour | National Leaders Summit

Mines and History Tour

Treat your guests to this unique way to learn about Park City’s mining history. A professional educator will guide the group to multiple historic sites in the Park City area that have been thoughtfully selected to reflect these stunning locations. The three-hour experience will take your guests all around the Park City area. At each stop, the guide will educate the group on the historic location they are seeing and why it was selected to pair with the historic site. Tasty, prepared snacks are included.

Be sure to dress for the weather as you will be outside. Dressing in comfortable clothing, closed-toed shoes, sunscreen, cap to keep the sun off your face and sunglasses are recommended.

Comet Bobsled Rides | National Leaders Summit

Utah Olympic Park Comet Bobsled Rides

Feel the rush as you speed down the Olympic track in a 4-person bobsled. A trained pilot will take you and two other passengers through 15 curves, reaching speeds up to 80 mph and pulling close to 5 Gs of force. The “Comet” bobsled ride is not for the faint hearted. Regarded as the most intense minute of your life, this ride will give you a very good idea of what Olympic bobsled athletes experience day in and day out.

Be sure to dress for the weather as you will be outside. Dressing in comfortable clothing, closed-toed shoes (required), sunscreen, cap to keep the sun off your face and sunglasses are recommended.
